Sra Associates should write instead of calling
Receive calls on my cell and home phone from this company all too often. In those rare events I get to speak to someone they always ask for personal info without first explaining the purpose of their call.
Fearful of identity theft I decline to provide info to a person or company I know nothing about and have never had a business relationship with. The company should try sending a letter to anyone they plan on calling explaining who they, as a debt collector, represent and the amount owed. They might find consumers more receptive to their calls when the consumer already knows what the call is about. Personally, I hate playing cat and mouse with debt collectors.
Contact by mail seems more professional.
This company has never sent me a letter. I still have no idea why they keep calling.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

We too refuse to verify anything
They keep saying they sent a Letter we never got
They can keep calling
We will keep refusing
After the IRs scandal never again
These people call 1 or 2 times a day, never leave a message. I don't answer because I don't know who they are.
I wish they would quit calling me.
I don't have any debts to anyone. Thanks,
