They're calling 4 or 5 times a day, clearly with intent to disrupt my day and harass me in a major way. When I answer, all they'll say when asked who they are is "SRA" then they start asking for info on me!

Their reps always have a very rude tone of voice, they are loud, abrupt and insolent, and very unpleasant. They are not interested in an exchange of necessary information and do not wish to converse in a two way conversation, its their way or the highway.

They will call several times in a row, as if to make the phone ring until I answer, and they do not leave voice mails asking that I call them back. One of the worst!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Attitude of everyone i spoke with.
